The 206,664-sf portfolio, owned by Westport Business Park LP, is located at the intersection of Loop 610 and Interstate 10 in the northwest corridor. The property consists of two phases, Westport 1 through 4 and Westport 12 through 14. The first phase contains four, 22-year-old, office/warehouse buildings totaling 149,699 sf. The balance of the development totals 56,695 sf in three buildings that rose in 1984. The complex's lead tenants are Midway Importing, Emmott Walker Printing, Compass Bank Houston, Legal Media and Package Express.

Yvonne W. Wallace, senior director with Dallas-based Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP's Houston office, arranged the 10-year loan. Wallace, in a press release, said the buildings historically have occupancies in the mid-90% range. That is the case today "despite the softness in the overall industrial market," she said.
