Town Center Adds 20,000-SF Gourmet Market, Cafe

GLENVIEW, IL-San Diego-based OliverMcMillan's $250-million redevelopment of the former Glenview Naval Air Station picks up Market Foods and Espresso Cafe for the retail component of the mixed-use project.

Market Foods Limited LLC's stores cater to customers looking for high quality, fresh and healthy food, according Richard Donckers, president of Retail Strategies International Inc., developers of Market Foods and Espresso Café.

"The Market is an excellent fit for this project," says OliverMcMillan chief executive officer Dene Oliver in a statement. "After visiting Market Foods and Espesso Café, we are convinced we will have the finest gourmet market on the entire North Shore."
