One of the facilities, consisting of 372,430 sf of distribution space, is located at ProLogis Park Bedzin and is less than a mile from the E75 Katowice Highway. The park provides convenient access to major distribution channels throughout Eastern Europe.
The second facility, based in ProLogis Park Piotrków, totals 242,187 sf. The park is located adjacent to the A1, E67, E75 highways and 44 Road, which serve the distribution needs of Ahold south of Warsaw.
ProLogis already leases a third facility of 117,879 sf to Ahold in Bielsko-Biala, Poland. And Ahold also occupies 220,000 sf at ProLogis's Sant Boi site in Spain.
