According to the terms of the $2.5-million lease, the Raymond J. Lucia Cos. will take 11,000 sf at the Legacy Sabre Springs complex. The new tenant plans to house its corporate headquarters here, with a move-in date slated for early January 2003. It will occupy the third floor of one of the complex's two facilities - a six-story building that is located at 13520 Evening Creek Drive North. The new offices will include a custom lobby radio studio, which the company's president and founder Ray Lucia will use to broadcast his daily nationally syndicated radio program, "The Ray Lucia Show." Additional office amenities will include a glass conference room and plasma television screens that will be tuned to financial news and current events.

The Raymond J. Lucia Cos. was represented by Jeb Bakke of CB Richard Ellis. Bakke, along with CB Richard Ellis colleagues Brent Wright and Bret Gosset, acted on behalf of the lessor, Legacy Partners.
