The county has been a tenant at since 1988 at the building, which is at 10355 Slusher Drive. Los Angeles-based Kearny's Hoonie Kang, project manager says the company has agreed to invest $70 per sf, or $4.6 million, in new build-out and furniture systems for the county.

The office project is 91% occupied and is in the Mid-Counties market, which is known primarily as an industrial market, but its central location between Los Angeles and Orange County has attracted office tenants in recent years.

John Biven and Scott Heaton of Insignia/ESG represented Kearny as the project's listing agents. Kearny is a partnership involved in the acquisition, repositioning, entitlement, development, leasing, management and disposition of commercial projects in California. It has completed more than $1.8 billion in transactions during the last eight years.
