The company's space is in the Oakland Cannery Building on San Leandro Street. Crystal Pacific will relocate from its current 16,000-sf warehouse on King Street by the end of the year. Craig Hagglund and Chris Schofield of Lee & Associates East Bay Inc. represented Crystal Pacific Mattress in the deal, while PAMCO LLC was represented by Mike Barry of Colliers International.
In Richmond, Berkeley Process Control signed a 21,000-sf lease to occupy 4120-4124 and 4130-4140 Lakeside Drive in Richmond. The annual rental rate was approximately $10 per sf, triple net.
The company signed a six-week sublease with Onyx Microsystems and a two-year direct lease for five years with the Lampa family, who own the buildings. Aileen Dolby of Colliers International represented Berkeley Process Control, while John Troughton of Cushman & Wakefield represented the Lampa family.
