The firm, formerly located in Scottsdale Airpark, was soimpressed by the 40,000-sf building's dramatic architecture, thatit signed on to be a seven-year tenant at about $24 per sf,Hartland said. Located in North Scottsdale's Perimeter Center, thePrincess II is owned by TD Princess Ventures II.

Hartland and Eric Wichterman with Grubb & Ellis' investmentdivision represented Gilbertson Associates in the leasenegotiations. Michael White and Mike Kitlica, both of InsigniaESG's Phoenix team, handled talks for the building owner.
