Air Management Inc. will relocate by week's end from a smaller site in the far corner of Plano. "They just needed more space and this worked out for them," A. Taylor Allday of Dallas-based Morse Co. tells GlobeSt.com. Allday bargained the terms, which he termed as "aggressive," for the building owner, CCI LP, a Dallas investment group led by Charles Connor, president of CH Connor Inc. Air Management's president, Cody Parmer, negotiated on the firm's behalf.

The 40,000-sf building has landed its first tenant with the deal following a conversion from single tenant to duplex. The structure was emptied a year ago when tenant, the Ross Martin Co., relocated.

In the Great Southwest Industrial Park, three industrial leases closed off 19,698 sf. The largest space taker, Integrated Future Technologies, took 8,320 sf of office/warehouse space at the Woodlands at 2007 108th St. in the park's Grand Prairie section. Frank T. Jester II of Dunn Commercial LP in Arlington represented the tenant while George Curry of Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co. brokered the pact for building owner, Crow Family Holdings Industrial.
