The building is at 5470 Daniels St. and was developed byPanattoni, according to Grubb & Ellis brokers, who representedboth the landlord and the tenant. Collins is scheduled to occupythe facility, which will be used for manufacturing, in January. Thecompany will be relocating from within Chino.

David Brakesman of Grubb & Ellis represented Collins, whileMark Kegans of Grubb & Ellis represented the landlord. Theysaid Collins has leased the building it will be vacating in Chinoto Factory Reproductions, which will use the former Collinsfacility at 13353 Benson Ave. for warehousing and distribution.

Collins, which was established in 1974, produces windscreens,nets for tennis and other sports, posts, umpire chairs, benches andrelated products.
