In the Woodlands, BHC Marketing Inc. signed for a small office building at 25227 Grogan's Mill, owned by Zenith Properties. The inbound tenant will share the structure with several real estate and title companies.
Ace Schlameus and Jay Kyle, both with Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Houston office, hold the listing assignment. Mike Spears of National Realty Group in Houston represented the tenant.
In North Houston, Subway Development took 2,446 sf at 14340 Torrey Chase in the FM 1960 submarket. Mary Descant Caldwell of Houston's Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group tells GlobeSt.com that the firm renewed and expanded, doubling the size of the corporate headquarters for the sandwich shop chain.
Subway is a five-year tenant in the 116,848-sf building. Caldwell represented the building owner, Northchase Venture LP. The 20-year-old office building is about 80% leased, with North American Mortgage and Chubb Security as lead tenants. Henry Santamaria of Grubb & Ellis represented Subway at the bargaining table.
