Glendale is one of the tightest industrial markets in LosAngeles County, according to third-quarter statistics from CBRichard Ellis. The third-quarter report shows the availability ratewas just over 2% for the $8.56 million sf of industrial space inGlendale, compared with 6.88% overall in Los Angeles County for thethird quarter this year.
