RealtyU says it is the nation's largest network of real estate educators, with 34 affiliated schools that trained 90,000 U.S. real estate professionals during the first 10 months of 2002. Swanepoel, who now becomes the chairman and CEO of RealtyU, says he intends to expand the organization to 100 Schools. During the last two years, RealSure has been a consultant to RealtyU.
The RealtyU network consists of 34 accredited schools, each of them independently owned and operated, which typically enroll 100,000 students per year. Collectively, it offers more than 5,000 different courses and programs per year. Swanepoel is the author of a number of books on real estate. RealtyU, which has been in operation since 1996, formerly was known as Inner Circle Education. The organization changed its name in 2001.
