The larger of the two sites is the 57,000-sf 20 Hanes Dr. here. The industrial facility, which is located near the confluence of Routes 23 and 46, I-80 and I-287, is available in its entirety, according to Lizzack. About 20% of the building's total space is built out as offices.
The other property is the 26,000-sf 682 Passaic Ave. in Nutley, NJ, a mixed-use building that is made up of retail, industrial and office space. The asset, located near the Clifton Commons shopping center, recently underwent a substantial renovation, according to Lizzack.
Micro Exchange, which is based in Dallas, re-markets refurbished and remanufactured personal computers, printers, servers, monitors and related equipment and accessories. The company, which is shedding the space due to cutbacks, had been using the Nutley site as a retail outlet.
"These two facilities offer excellent amenities and locations for prospective tenants," according to Lizzack. "We are confident that these two sites will draw great interest among prospective users in the marketplace."
