URS has been a tenant in Columbia Square since 1990, when it leased just 2,100 sf. Now located in 31,000 sf on the ninth and 10th floors, URS is taking over space previously occupied by Arthur Andersen. It won't be taking over the top floor until mid-year 2003, however, as Arthur Andersen let KPMG assume that space after it acquired Arthur Andersen's Portland operations.
