Morgan Realty Fund LLC, a joint venture between RREEF and Morgan Development Services, sold the Downers Grove property occupied by DHL Worldwide Express to M&H Partnership, according to property records. Oak Grove Centre of Commerce is located near the I-355 interchange at Butterfield Road. The eight-building Madison Business Park, near the I-55 interchange at Route 83, was developed by Morgan Development Services, LLC.
Waliewski represented Principal Financial Group in the Willowbrook deal. Tom Gearen and John O'Neil of Nicolson, Porter & List represented Wraparound, LLC and M&H Partnership.
The new owners acquired the Willowbrook property, located on 5.41 acres at 701 Willowbrook Centre Pkwy., with a $1.2-million mortgage from Hinsdale Bank & Trust Co., according to DuPage County property records.
