In the larger of the two transactions, Mays Chemical has signed a new lease for 38,045 sf at 134 Clinton Rd. The chemical company, which was represented by Colliers Houston of Teaneck, NJ, will utilize the space for warehouse and distribution purposes. The Indianapolis-based Mays Chemical has regional offices in Detroit and Chicago and additional warehouse and distribution centers in Massachusetts, New York, Texas and California.

In the second signing, Safelite Glass Co. has re-upped for its existing 26,860 sf of space at the neighboring 112 Lehigh Dr. Safelite, represented by in the deal by CB Richard Ellis, Paramus, NJ, will continue to use the site for warehouse and distribution purposes

Both facilities are within an 11-building industrial complex owned by Ramfair Associates and managed by Sheldon Gross Realty. Among their features, 112 Lehigh Dr. includes 4,000 sf of built-out office space and 22-foot ceiling heights, while 134 Clinton Rd. has 26-foot ceiling heights, according to Sheldon Gross, president of the company that bears his name.

Sheldon Gross Realty is based in West Orange, NJ and has a second New Jersey office in Wall Twp.
