WTC Proposals Ready for Inspection

Seven design teams are presenting their visions for the redevelopment of Lower Manhattan at today's three-hour unveiling. GlobeSt.com will publish a full report of the day's events following the proceedings.

Today's presentation marks the Lower Manhattan Development Corp.'s second attempt to come up with a plan for the area. Six earlier land-use proposals were skewered by the public and received a thumbs-down from critics around the globe.
