He tells GlobeSt.com that a plan is at the talking table to put a wellness clinic or physical therapy rehab in the building, but emphasizes that nothing has been firmed up.
Eden Gardens-Bedford LP, a medical properties owner from Alpharetta, GA, was the seller of the former single-tenant property once leased to a Baylor University affiliate. Riley was the sole broker negotiating the transaction for the building, which sits on slightly less than an acre.
