In Martinsburg the Ashley Oaks Homeownership Project received $60,000 for six new low-income homes, Morgantown's Project Pathway House received $180,000 for 40 rentals, and the Jubilee Heights project in Spring Hill received $112,500 for 10 homes to go to first-time buyers.
