Luxury Condo Project Hires Sales Manager

MIAMI-Gloria Alexander's previous experience with luxury residential sales includes work for Toll Bros. in South Florida. The 259 units planned for the 610 Clematis development are pre-construction priced from $180,000.

Previously, she worked for the luxury homebuilder Toll Bros. in Boca Raton and Coral Springs, FL. As sales manager there, she sold $20.1 million in residential properties that ranged from $500,000 to $1 million-plus.

Pre-construction prices of the $55 million, 259-unit, eight-story condo project start at $180,000 for fully furnished units. A ground-breaking is scheduled for August.
