"These leases are a great commitment to the Columbia market," Manekin LLC senior vice president of sales and leasing Sharon Caplan says. Manekin represented Lurgi Lentjes in the transaction, while Corporate Office Properties Trust represented the building owner, COPT Gate 6700-6708-6724 LLC. Since establishing its first US office in April of 2001, Lurgi Lentjes has since grown ten-fold, from 4 employees to 40. The terms of the lease have not been disclosed.
