Sage has been an active member of Colorado's hospitalityindustry since the 1980s. From 2000 to 2002, she served as the vicepresident of marketing for East West Resorts, Inc.

Sage Hospitality Resources has managed the Oxford since 1984.Company founder, chief executive officer and president WalterIsenberg is a part-owner of the property along with Dana Crawfordand Charles Calloway.
