Burns has 30 years of industry experience. He is a former director/global appraisal management, PricewaterhouseCooper; director of real estate advisory services, Arthur Andersen; and chief appraiser, Lend Lease Real Estate Investments.
MacMullan comes to RERC with 20 years of industry background in appraisal management, acquisition-disposition strategies, portfolio analysis and evaluation, strategic planning and underwriting. He has worked at Lend Lease, Equitable Real Estate and Landauer Associates.
Burns has a CRE designation from the Counselors of Real Estate and an MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. MacMullan is a member of the Appraisal Institute, the CCIM Institute and Commercial Real Estate Women.
