Gunsberg, an executive director with C&W's East Rutherford office, along with Franklin Speyer of the firm's Manhattan office, represented the tenant, a 100-year-old full-service insurance group.

And in Fort Lee, NJ, Gunsberg negotiated a 6,700-sf lease renewal at One Parker Plaza on behalf of both the tenant, Rampart America, and the property's owner, The Jack Parker Corp. Rampart America is a life insurance brokerage firm that serves independent life insurance agents. The company's headquarters has been located at the 300,000-sf One Parker Plaza since 1989.
