Tom Harris and Jon Knudson of CB Richard Ellis' Phoenix office represented both parties in negotiating the deal. The property, located south of downtown Aiken at 2475 Club Dr., is an amenity to the surrounding 1,116-acre Cedar Creek Golf Community.
The 18-hole, Arthur Hills designed course is distinguished by two unique visual elements: Cedar Creek snaking through the front nine and tall, arid sand pines encasing the back nine.
