"It was the perfect fit," Laura Becker, a specialist in office properties with DAUM Commercial Realty Services tells GlobeSt.com, referring to the deal she brokered for LBW LLC. Becker said the medical training firm found the four-story, 63,940-sf building at 1010 E. McDowell Rd. to be tailor-made for its new classrooms and offices, which are expected to open in January. "They liked the medical setting," she said, noting that the building sits within walking distance of Good Samaritan Hospital on 10th Street and McDowell.
Becker said the firm paid $17 per sf for the lease for a total of $561,512 per year.Tyler Smith of Grubb & Ellis Co. in Phoenix represented the building owner, Presson Advisory LLC, in the transaction.
