Inbound in January is Griener PURtec, which will be moving from 6,200 sf in the park to 8,000 sf at 2521 E. Loop 820 North in a five-year lease that puts the 50,000-sf building at full, Jeff Givens of NAI Stoneleigh Huff Brous McDowell tells GlobeSt.com. The tenant is a manufacturer of airplane seat cushions.

Givens brokered the deal for the property owner, Riverbend Properties of Fort Worth. Eric English of the Makens Co. in Dallas represented Griener PURtec.

In a five-year lease, Mr. E's Music, a retail operator of a superstore, moved into 9,000 sf at 2503 Gravel Dr., also owned by Riverbend Properties. David B. Barber of NAI Stoneleigh Huff Brous McDowell in Fort Worth represented the tenant and Givens acted for the park owner.

Mr. E's Music is using the office/warehouse space for its corporate headquarters as well as storage to replace space lost at an office building along Airport Freeway in Irving. A plan to sell the Irving office building drove the lease signing, Givens says.

A three-year lease put Diamond B into 15,000 sf of manufacturing space at 3434 Lawnwood Dr., owned by Store Fixtures Inc. Barber and Givens represented the building owner while the manufacturing firm's execs handled their side of the talks.

Inking a five-year renewal was Johnston Limousine for 2553 Gravel Dr. Givens negotiated the renewal for the long-time tenant.
