According to William Cobb, president of Granite Loan Management, the company decided to move from its current location because Waterpark@Briarwood is more aesthetically appealing than the high-rise building it occupies. "It offers a more soothing atmosphere for our business," he adds.
Locations also was important. "Our office is currently located in the Denver Tech Center," Cobb says. "We chose WaterPark@Briarwood for its proximity to this hub of business, and its convenience and value."
Formed in 1993, Granite Loan manages construction-lending portfolios for financial institutions and provides construction risk mitigation services for companies around the country.
First Industrial negotiated the lease for Granite Loan Management.
WaterPark@Briarwood is an office-flex complex comprised of four buildings--two single-story and two two-story--with a total of 206,362 rentable sf. With unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains and surrounding plains, WaterPark@Briarwood is accessible from Interstate 25 via Dry Creek Road and Arapahoe Road.
