The contractor's new site will be a 120,000-sf, 27-year-old office/warehouse building. It will be used for offices, showroom and general workshop area. Walter Menuet of Houston's Vantage Cos. represented the property owner, Vantage Houston Inc., agent for Halawa View Apartments, a Hawaii General Partnership. The tenant did not use a broker.
On the East Side, Bishop's Original Products Inc. renewed 6,440 sf at Clinton Industrial Park at 7111 Clinton Dr. The industrial space is used for general offices and the storage and distribution of specialty lubricants for automobiles, industry, households, heavy commercial equipment and aircraft.
Menuet also brokered the deal for the building owner, Vantage Houston Inc., agent for Southwest Texas "Clinton" Industrial Park. The 7111 Clinton Dr. building, built in 1964, totals 182,000 sf.
