Susquehanna Grabs Cytec Plant for $9 Per SF

PHILADELPHIA-The 123,500-sf former plastics polymer manufacturing facility on 11 acres in Delano, PA in Schuykill County, which has been on the market for several years, sells for a bargain $1.075 million, or $8.70 per sf.

The property, located on 11 acres in Schuykill County, has been on the market for several years, John T. Morris, senior sales associate of Wilkes Barre, PA-based Mericle Commercial Real Estate Service, tells GlobeSt.com.

Cytec is a specialty chemicals company that makes building block materials for infrastructure construction projects and molding compounds used in the aerospace industry.

Mericle handled the transaction for Cytec and secured the buyer.
