Locally based S.D. Capital Group LLC sold an eight-acre commercial site on Route 1 in Concordville, PA in Delaware County to locally based Diskin LP. The buyer plans to build a Toyota dealership on the land.
Holmes Corporate Center, a 130,000-sf office/industrial complex on 7.84 acres in Ridley Township, also in Delaware County, has sold for $2.8 million. The seller is Homes Corporate Center, Inc., and the buyer is identified as Holmes Partners LP.
The former Subaru dealership building and land on Baltimore Pike in Media, near the intersection of Rte. 1 and Route 252 has been sold to an unidentified buyer.
