The transaction was arranged on behalf of the ownership, GMH Associates, by Matt Malatich and Sab Russo of CB Richard Ellis, exclusive leasing agents for 50 Millstone Rd. within the park. Windsor Corporate Park is a four-building, 295,000-sf class A office complex that recently underwent a two-year capital improvement and renovation program that included upgrades to the lobbies, mechanical infrastructure and interior finishes.
