The health-care provider, which does business as Care Now,signed for the eight-year balance on a Hollywood Video lease forits build-to-suit building at Green Oaks Shopping Center, DanShoevlin of Henry S. Miller Commercial in Dallas tells GlobeSt.com.Hollywood Video was three years into the lease when it decided toshutter the store.

Shoevlin was the sole broker on the transaction. The Green Oakscenter is owned by Bracewell Patterson.

Also in Arlington, Shoevlin and Henry S. Miller Commercial'sMark Hajdu signed Xtreme Cuisine to 2,601 sf in a five-year leasefor the Trinity Oaks Shopping Center at 859 NE Green Oaks Blvd. Thesite will house a My Martini Wine & Bistro, a sister businessto Xtreme Cuisine's Blowfish, which has a location in the samecenter.
