The health-care provider, which does business as Care Now, signed for the eight-year balance on a Hollywood Video lease for its build-to-suit building at Green Oaks Shopping Center, Dan Shoevlin of Henry S. Miller Commercial in Dallas tells GlobeSt.com. Hollywood Video was three years into the lease when it decided to shutter the store.
Shoevlin was the sole broker on the transaction. The Green Oaks center is owned by Bracewell Patterson.
Also in Arlington, Shoevlin and Henry S. Miller Commercial's Mark Hajdu signed Xtreme Cuisine to 2,601 sf in a five-year lease for the Trinity Oaks Shopping Center at 859 NE Green Oaks Blvd. The site will house a My Martini Wine & Bistro, a sister business to Xtreme Cuisine's Blowfish, which has a location in the same center.
The new venue will open in 60 days in an inline space previously filled by an Indian restaurant. Shoevlin and Hajdu brokered the pact for tenant and building owner. T.O. Shopping Center Ltd. owns the center, now 90% leased.
