Allied's resident screening process is an Internet-based, turnkey verification program developed for multifamily owners and property managers, according to company president Jorge Baldor. Under the terms of the agreement, during the leasing process of the subject multifamily properties, SureDeposit's enrollment form will automatically appear with the applicant's data already entered when a leasing agent or owner logs on to Allied's online screening process.
"Apartment owners and property management companies are always looking for ways to improve processes and reduce their exposure," explains SureDeposit CEO Stuart Litwin. "This alliance does both. Streamlining the two processes into one step simplifies move-in and helps owners and managers better comply with established policies governing leasing criteria and security deposits."
