George Hadjis, operator of the pizza business, bought the property from H.G. Burke Talega Midtech LLC. The seller was represented by Guy LaFerrara, Jay Mast, Dean Krieger and Kurt Bruggerman, all of the Lee & Associates Irvine Spectrum office. The buyer was represented by Jim Gotses of Pacific West Asset Management Corp. in Costa Mesa, CA.
The building is in the Burke Corporate Center at Talega. The Burke Corporate Center is a nine-building project in the master planned Talega Business Park. The project is one of a number that have been developed recently in response to the continued demand for owner-user industrial buildings throughout Southern California. It includes four other buildings for sale in sizes ranging from nearly 13,000 sf to more than 15,000 sf.
