The property garnered a great deal of attention from potential buyers who were eager to acquire the property. Advantis/GVA's Dek Potts and Jim Meisel handled the marketing and ultimate sale of the building on behalf of the seller. Potts explains that 816 Connecticut's unique "views of the White House and the Connecticut Ave. corridor as well as its extremely stable occupancy history resulted in numerous competitive bids for the asset.
