Polo Glen Apartments Sells for $31.74M

MIAMI-Bainbridge Cos. has sold the 230-unit, luxury property in Plantation, FL to a private investor for $138,000 per unit. At the time of the sale, the apartments were about 95% leased.

The property is located on approximately 15 acres at 7350 N.W. 4th St. across from City Hall. Many of the apartments have one- and two-car garages.

The seller was a joint venture between an affiliate of the Bainbridge Cos. and an institutional fund managed by an affiliate of Fidelity Investments. Bainbridge was the developer and property manager.

The Bainbridge Cos. is a privately held real estate investment, development, and asset and property management company based in Wellington, FL.
