Costa Pacific is currently in the process of master-planning Villebois, a mixed-use European-inspired village envisioned for more than 500 acres in Wilsonville.
Orenco Station is situated along the region's east-west rail line. The community has won numerous awards, including the National Association of Homebuilders Master Planned Community of the Year" in 1999.
The project is a cornerstone of the city's urban revitalization efforts, which also include a new civic center with a new city hall, branch library, public plaza and mixed-use development.
