"Mirroring a trend among grocery tenant industry wide, Acme's store profile today involves much larger properties," says David Silver, corporate director of marketing for Levin. "The company has closed a number of its smaller locations.

"The change provides us with an opportunity to improve and modernize the building," Silver continues. "We will renovate and modernize the property to meet the needs of its new tenants, which will further enhance this positive change for the neighborhood."

The property's Route 22 location in Somerset County is within one of Central New Jersey's busiest retail corridors. "This intersection has a daily traffic count of 65,000 cars," according to Silver.
