Robinette replaces Kennard (Ken) Perry of The Swig Company as president. BOMA San Francisco also named Steven Colvin of Boston Properties as president-elect for 2004. Colvin was the 2002 treasurer of the organization. Mary Wiese of CAC Real Estate Management Co. Inc. will be treasurer of the association, federated with BOMA International. The association's executive committee is the organization's governing body.
BOMA San Francisco has about 1,000 members encompassing San Francisco as well as Marin, Sonoma and San Mateo counties. Its members represent 63 million sf in 283 office buildings. The group also includes about 185 small business members that provide products and services to the commercial real estate industry.
