Before joining Grubb & Ellis, Grooters was a senior associate with the Denver office of Marcus & Millichap. Over the past several years he has sold over $75 million of retail investment property.

Hashimoto came to Grubb & Ellis after four years with the Denver office of Marcus & Millichap, where he was one of the youngest sales managers in the 30-year history of the company. Early in 2002, Hashimoto moved into brokerage, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of retail properties throughout the Denver metropolitan area and the Front Range.

"We are particularly excited about the addition of this talented team to our office and believe that their retail focus broadens our ability to serve our clients," says Charlie Davis, managing director in the Denver office.

"We really believe that the business platform at Grubb & Ellis will enable us to provide our clients with superior services and support," Hashimoto says.
