The new tenant, Geotechnics Inc., has inked a 10-year and three-month lease for 15,944 sf. The company, a provider of geological consulting and engineering services, will take an entire floor at the 9245 Activity Rd. facility.
Meanwhile, existing tenant Mesa Photo Imaging Center LLC renewed its agreement for space at the 9530 Padgett St. facility. According to the terms of the five-year lease, the commercial photo lab and digital imaging company will continue to occupy 9,730 sf here.
Anne Marie Smith was the in-house representative for Arden in both transactions. Geotechnics was represented by Bill Ferguson of W.H. Ferguson & Co., while Glenn Freidrich of The Sande Co. acted on behalf of Mesa Photo Imaging.
