DeMatteis spokesman Howard Blankman confirmed that the landmark Uniondale property is once again on the sale block--reports of a possible sale date back to 1991. But, he notes, the owners plan are very particular about who ends up with the trophy building. "It's being marketed for sale," Blankman tells GlobeSt.com. "But the buyer has to be the right fit. It's pride of ownership."
The complex comprises twin 15-story glass towers, built in 1984 on Nassau County-owned land for roughly $150 million.
