In another headquarters promotion, Bruce Zipf has been named executive vice president and chief administrative officer. Zipf had been the company's senior vice president for the eastern region.
Three company executives have been appointed regional senior vice presidents, including Judy Reeves, who will be responsible for NRT's divisions in New Jersey/New York metro area and Pennsylvania. Reeves had served as president of Burgdorff ERA in New Jersey since its acquisition by NRT in 1996, and will be replaced in that capacity by Pat Hoferkamp.
Finally, Kristine Santucci has been promoted to SVP with responsibility for NRT's operations in Greater Los Angeles; and Tom Stevens will hold the same title with responsibility for the company's operations in Maryland, Delaware, Washington, DC and Virginia.
NRT, which has 950 offices in some two dozen markets, operates the Coldwell Banker and ERA brands.
