European pharmaceutical company Norgine has taken 6,600 sf of office space on the ground floor of Keaton House until February 2020 at a rent of £26 ($42) per sf and earlier Reebok International took the ground floor suite south of Chaplin House,5,579 sf at a rent of £27.50 ($44) per sf on a ten- year lease expiring in 2012. The deals leave 44,559 sf of office space available in Keaton House and Laughton House at the scheme.
