Spaulding & Slye Colliers principal Tamie R. Thompson and associate Leslie Lanne represented the building owner, Archon Group, in the transaction while NAI Hunneman's executive vice president/principal Stephen James and vice president Jim Boudrout negotiated on behalf of eMed Technologies.
eMed will occupy the entire first floor and part of the second in the 38,600 sf two-story building, which is located near Route 128. Thompson notes that the deal is positive in an economic climate that does not see many tenants growing. Lisa Sullivan, senior asset manager of Archon Group, points out that the current market provided eMed with a lot of options to choose from, making it important for the company "to distinguish 76 Blanchard from the field. Once we identified eMed's objectives we swiftly addressed them and negotiated a full lease document in less than two weeks."
