Houston-based PM Realty Group senior vice president John Dailey represented Koll Bren Schreiber in what is being called Shreveport's largest real estate transaction of '02. Seller BGK was self-represented. Built in 1984, the 350,292-square-foot office building is located at 401 Edwards St. The property is approximately 90% occupied.

Following the sale transaction, PM Realty Group was awarded the exclusive leasing and property management assignment for the building. Mike Demler serves as general manager of the property under the direction of Bernard Deaton, SVP and Director of the firm's Dallas Division.
