Davis Court Industrial Center, which is located at 2230 Davis Court, is a 142,322-sf industrial/warehouse building situated on roughly 6.39 acres. The property is located at the end of Davis Court, near the intersection of Davis Avenue and Forbes Street, in the Hayward Crocker North Industrial Park. The other 60,568-sf at Davis Court is currently leased to Novalek Inc.
"Frase Enterprises is relocating from San Francisco to Hayward to take advantage of the current market conditions," says Greg Lagomarsino, senior vice president in the Oakland office of Colliers International. "I think we will continue to see the migration of larger users selecting East Bay cities as a result of quality inventory and favorable economics."
Lagomarsino represented the landlord, Lowenberg Corp., in the transaction. Michael Barry, also with Colliers, represented Frase Enterprises. The value of the lease was not disclosed.
