The healthcare team is headed by Joe Mitchell Jr., assistant vice president and project executive, and John Rosero, vice president of pre-construction. It concentrates on planning and building hospitals and healthcare facilities.
The commercial building team, which focuses on the construction of suburban office buildings and interior fit-outs, is led by Steve Takoushian, assistant vice president and project executive, and Jim Goshow, vice president of preconstruction. The construction services division, headed by Sam Beamer, senior project manager, is part of this group.
The warehouse/distribution team is headed by Jim Hoolehan, assistant vice president and project executive, and Jerry Gallagher, vice president of pre-construction. This team is devoted to the planning, design andconstruction of light industrial facilities as well as warehouse anddistribution buildings. It also manages Norwood's portfolio of chain store retail projects.
The industry-specific structure is designed to "provide insight and value in response to the unique business conditions of (each) industry sector," says president and chief executive officer John E. Farrell in a statement.
